Oceanfreight Export Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Knowledge, Skills&Experience
- To arrange end to end outbound FCL export operations by sending offer, collecting booking confirmation, invoicing and providing information flow among all stakeholders
- To analyze customer’s needs and expectations and offer suitable solutions to keep customer satisfaction at highest level
- To take commercial responsibility for assigned customers
- To take GP responsibility on file basis
- To work in line with internal standards as well as customer's standard operating procedures
- Cooperating with ocean freight commercial team, finance, sales and other related teams
Knowledge, Skills&Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Miminum 3 years experience on ocean freight operations
- Good English skills (both written and spoken)
- Effective use of Microsoft Office programs
- Strong communication, coordination and organisation skills
- Customer focused, excellent team player
- Rigorous, careful and solution focused
- No military service obligation for male candidates
