Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist, who will manage resourcing processes covering many competence areas on different levels within the organization.
You will be working in the EMEA Recruitment Services Team and will work in close cooperation with line managers across EMEA time zone, local and global HR colleagues. Apart from your daily responsibilities, you will also have the chance to contribute to the overall successful delivery of HR services via projects and improvement actions.
This is a permanent position based in Bursa / İzmir / İstanbul , Türkiye.

What you will do

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will:

Drive independently and be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes in countries across EMEA time zone
Act as an expert advisor to line managers and HR colleagues in resourcing matters
Confidently use Competence-Based Interview Techniques and selection tools as part of the recruitment process
Source candidates in a creative way by using various channels
Initiate and coordinate career migration activities with the help of our global mobility team
Timely and accurately manage recruitment-related administration in the applicant tracking system
Together with you colleagues within the HR Service Centre support in continuously develop the recruitment process and other HR processes to deliver market competitive solutions to our clients

We believe you have

College/University Degree (preferably in HR or similar)
Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in resourcing/talent acquisition
A self-motivated team player with a target-driven, ‘can-do’ attitude
Strong communication skills, the ability to interact on all levels within the organization and possess a high level of integrity
A result-oriented mindset, high structure, and the ability to maintain a high level of quality when working independently and/or as part of a team
A motivation to help the business grow and find the best fit for the organization
Fluent in written and spoken English. Language skills in Turkish is a plus.
