Take ownership

Championing our candidate's journeys mean being our ear to our candidates, and being the voice of improvement across our recruitment journey. Your will own:

Maintaining our shared mailbox, where you will tackle all of our candidates' issues with empathy
Understand what could lead to our candidates' issues, and be able to look at potential structural fixes to prevent the same issues from happening again
Evaluate the full candidate experience, and assigning actionable to the right owners - we want to continue improvin our candidate's experience!

You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
You're a people person - you go above and beyond and keep surprising your co-workers with efficiency
You have great multitasking & prioritization skills
You're good at delivering within tight deadlines
You have high levels of energy and enthusiasm
You have impeccable attention to detail, and are always on top of your tasks
