Host Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist
Job Summary:

The Role

As a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist at City Unscripted, you will play a crucial role in identifying and onboarding passionate local hosts who can deliver exceptional experiences to travelers around the world. Key Responsibilities:
● Candidate Sourcing:
Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards,
social media platforms, and forums.
● Screening and Interviewing:
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability, communication
skills, and enthusiasm for hosting.
● Relationship Building:
Use strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates,
ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
● Onboarding:
Guide new hosts through their introduction to the company, ensuring they reach each
milestone in the onboarding process.
● Host Support:
Provide support to potential and “junior” hosts, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding.
● Knowledge of the travel industry is highly preferred.
● Strong project management and record-keeping skills.
This is a freelance remote full-time position (approx 30/35 hours per week, 5 working days) and you will report to the Global Host Manager. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 300.00TRY per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
