Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team based in Izmir, Tukey.
You will be responsible for maintaining Quality System/ data and provide analysis for improving quality of production.

What you will do
- Quality of own work and continuous improvement
- Implementation of quality and hygiene management according to related procedures
- Ensure that the Quality of the products manufactured meet the specifications (claims, Cpk, internal NC, control plans) and the Food Safety requirements
- Execute and Ensure compliance of quality tests and assurance plan through the execution, when necessary, of quality controls, instrumental or not, according to defined plans
- Ensure that Continuous Improvement assigned activities are successfully completed
- Review and Prepare Quality Assurance reports so that performance problems can be promptly identified and resolved
- Collaborate and support Process team organizations in the identification and implementation of continuous improvements plans
- Capture and report on all quality related issues in a timely and accurate manner to the appropriate level
- Ensure laboratory equipment to be used properly according to working instruction
- Validation and calibration of assigned test equipment
- Follow up of process control check list and report anomalies
- Ensure containment systems work and used by operator properly
- 5S activities in laboratory
We believe you have
- Minimum bachelor's degree in university required
- Fluent both in written and spoken English & Turkish
- You are curious and able to think out of the box
- Minimum 2 -3 years experiences as Quality Assurance or similar function
- Proficiency to perform and lead hands-on systematic troubleshooting and audits
- Knowledge and understanding about Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems in manufacturing
- Knowledge about Statistical Process Control
- Quality Management System (ISO 9001- BRCGS Packaging) knowledge is required
- Proficiency with Office Programmes (Especially Excel and Power Point)
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in extrusion and/or printing a plus
- Ablility to work in shift system
