Spa Manager - Hoedspruit

Luxury game lodge close to Hoedspruit is looking for a Spa Manager. You will be required to lead and manage the overall Spa. You will be required to work with the Head of Lodge Operations to set a world class standard and guest experience.

Day to day overall operations of the Spas
Ensuring all treatments are carried out to standard.
Ensuring all guest feedback is timeously received and any complaints escalated to the Head of Lodge Operations.
Ensuring that overall spa facility is always clean, hygienic, neat and tidy.
Ensuring that the café area of the spa facility is well stocked and maintained.
Ensuring that the day to day financial responsibilities are accurate and completed.
Scheduling of the team and managing time off and annual leave
As and when required ad hoc treatments
Month end tasks
Stock take
Consolidating reports.
Team development
Building a strong team
Continuous development on our products and services.
Ensuring that all team members are continually developing as Spa Therapists.
Where applicable mentor and guide junior spa therapists (interns).
Sourcing sustainable suppliers. Building these relationships and ensuring the best costing for the lodge.
Hosting – as scheduled

Requirements:

You will have no less than 5 years-experience in running a high end spa and demonstrate successfully leading the team.
Somatology qualification or similar
No less than 4 years as a Senior Spa Therapist
No less than 3 years’ experience in a high end facility
Proven experience of successfully leading a team
Preference to a qualified Yoga and or Pilate’s instructor
Excellent command of the English language
Computer literate
Drivers Licence
