JD Specialized Recruitment is currently partnering with a luxury 5* Game Reserve in Mpumalanga, to recruit an experienced & passionate SAFARI MANAGER to join their team.

Experience & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent would be beneficial.
- Minimum of 3 years senior management experience in a similar position.
- Completed FGASA Trails or VPA qualification would be highly preferred.
- Extremely efficient, with strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a team of approximately 60 people.
- Ensure legal compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements in the Safari Department.
- Oversee and manage the department's budget, financial planning, and expenditure.
- Establish, review, and maintain exceptional service standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safari operations.
- Handle administrative tasks, including leave management, payroll processing, and other related duties.
- Analytical thinker with excellent logistical skills.
- Valid Pr DP driver’s license.
- Sound employment history with contactable references.
