Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse team of guides and staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards for the safari team.
- Handle administrative tasks such as leave management and payroll coordination (HR support available).
- Oversee budget planning and financial management.
- Drive training initiatives in collaboration with specialized service providers.
- Establish and uphold exceptional service standards and safari SOPs.
- Proven leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in managing diverse teams, from emerging guides to seasoned professionals.
- Hands-on approach with a commitment to leading from the front.
- Negotiable based on experience, with standard inclusions like medical aid, pension, and uniform.
