Safari Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Safari Manager to lead and enhance the safari experiences at our luxurious 5-star game lodge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing safari operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing a team of guides and support staff.

- Safari Operations: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of safari operations, including game drives, walking safaris, and other wildlife experiences.
- Guest Experience: Ensure guests receive exceptional, personalized safari experiences, including briefings, itineraries, and attention to individual preferences.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of safari guides and support staff to deliver high standards of service.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safari activities adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Wildlife Knowledge: Stay updated on local wildlife, conservation practices, and ecological trends to provide accurate and engaging information to guests.
- Logistics & Planning: Manage safari schedules, vehicle maintenance, and ensure all equipment is in top condition.
- Guest Feedback: Handle guest inquiries and feedback promptly, resolving any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with lodge management to align safari offerings with overall lodge objectives and guest expectations.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in safari management or a similar role within a luxury game lodge or safari environment.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in wildlife management, tourism, or hospitality are preferred.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of local wildlife and conservation practices.
- Certifications: Valid guiding licenses and certifications as required by local regulations.
- Personal Attributes: Passion for wildlife and conservation, exceptional guest service skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
