We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clients hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage and train staff to maintain operational excellence.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage budgets, financial reports, and cost controls.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotel needs.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the hotel is well-maintained.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
