Safari Manager/ Head Guide
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Safari Manager/Head Guide to lead our team in delivering exceptional wildlife experiences at our 5-star lodge. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our safari operations, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable and safe experience in the African wilderness. Your duties will include managing and mentoring the guiding team, creating and executing safari schedules, and delivering high-quality game drives and bush walks that showcase the best of our natural surroundings.
As Safari Manager/Head Guide, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the lodge’s standards for safari experiences, wildlife interpretation, and guest education. You will also ensure all vehicles and equipment are well-maintained, oversee safety protocols, and handle guest feedback to continually improve the safari experience. With a deep knowledge of the local flora, fauna, and ecosystem, combined with excellent communication and leadership skills, you will inspire and guide both guests and staff.
