Cedar Wood Recruitment is now recruiting for our client based in Sabi for a Safari manager
Responsibilities – succinctly:
I am looking for a leader that has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, that can effectively lead a dynamic group of individuals.
This being from the up-and-coming guides and tracker to that of the established and long serving members of the team.
The successful candidate will be hands on and lead from the front, who will not only be in engagement with the safari team, but that of lodge management and relevant stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be supported by a Head and Assistant Head Guide.

Responsibilities – succinctly:
- Manage a group of personnel of at or about 60,
- Ensure legal compliance of safari team,
- Administrative responsibilities considering leave, payroll, etc. [HR is a support]
- Budget and financial planning responsibilities,
- Drive training with the assistance of specialized service providers,
- Uphold and establish (as required) service standards and safari SOP’s.
