What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a luxury restaurant, ensuring top-notch guest service.
- Leading and motivating a talented team of chefs and waitstaff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
- Handling guest relations, reservations, and making sure every diner leaves with a smile!
- Overseeing stock control, inventory management, and ensuring smooth kitchen-to-table coordination.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and fine dining excellence.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury or high-end setting.
- A passion for food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage staff efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving on the spot.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while keeping your cool!
- Competitive salary of R15,000 – R17,000.
