- Experienced persons with proven track records, who are
- Exceptionally Hard Working, Dedicated and
- Technically Competent in the Restaurant Industry and
- Must be able to Work Shifts and Under Pressure.
- 3 years of Restaurant Management experience;
- Good understanding of food preparation and presentation;
- Excellent Customer service and interaction:
- Health, safety and hygiene standards;
- Stock control, stock takes and Management of Cost of Food;
- A working knowledge of the BCEA, staff disciplinary rules and grievances.
