We are seeking an experienced Lodge Resident Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, manage, and motivate staff across various departments, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Maintain close coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure the lodge is always at its best.
- Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and ensure profitability while maintaining service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Assist with marketing and guest relations to enhance the lodge’s reputation and occupancy rates.
- Proven experience as a Lodge Manager, Resident Manager, or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hospitality management software is an advantage.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
