We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lodge Manager to lead the team at two exceptional lodges in a stunning private game reserve. This is a live-in, senior-level position that offers a unique opportunity to oversee daily operations, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and manage financial and staff responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a 5-star lodge
- Strong leadership and financial management skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure while ensuring excellence in guest service
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Live-in accommodation
