Lodge Management Couple - Luxury Lodge - Greater Kruger
Kendrick Recruitment has a vacancy for a Management Couple for a small initimate lodge situated in the Mjejane Game Reserve. The main purpose of the Management Couple is to manage the lodge in a way that creates a profound guest experience, in line with the service vision and creative concepts of the lodge owners. It is the responsibility of this couple to monitor hospitality service, maintenance, gardening and housekeeping standards within the lodge. You main focus is the personal attention that guests receive to ensure they really get that at home feel. You also need to ensure that the highest standards across the lodge are being maintained and exceeded by staff. This is through ensuring team morale is kept at a high and the staff are constantly receiving training and bettering themselves in this environment.

To be considered you must have:
- 3 year’s work experience in a well-recognized five star hotel or world class lodge, 4 of which must be in managerial position.
- Ideally one half of couple from guiding background
- High standards of service excellence and a passion for the industry.
- Exceptional Written and Spoken English
- Good computer literacy and hotel management systems training.
- Excellent management ability.
- A developmental approach to staff.
