Lodge Management Couple - Luxury Game Lodge - Greater Hoedspruit
Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a highly experienced, guest-centric Lodge Management Couple for a high-end Luxury Game Lodge in the Timbavati PNR, near Hoedspruit, Limpopo.
The successful couple will oversee daily lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and upholding service standards with extensive luxury hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead the operational team in alignment with our core values and company policies.
- Effective Communication: Maintain strong communication within the team and across all levels of management to ensure cohesive operations.
- Exceptional Guest Experience: Deliver and maintain high standards to ensure each guest has a memorable stay.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Oversee security, health, and safety, adhering to all company procedures.
- Budget Management: Implement and control budgetary systems alongside management.
- Strategic Planning: Proactively plan for smooth lodge operations, coordinating with support departments.
- Maintenance and Operational Support: Ensure the lodge and back-of-house operations maintain constant high standards and run effectively
- Minimum 5 years of recent/current high-end safari lodge management experience.- ESSENTIAL
- Professional demeanour, mature, and well-presented.
- Strong interest in nature and activities pertinent to the lodge's location.
- Must have own transport and a valid driver’s licence.
- Knowledgeable in wine and food.
- Exceptional skills in staff and guest relations.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing business needs, and think on your feet.
- Familiarity with the local area - must have Lowveld experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- HIgh focus on Attention to Detail.
