Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day lodge operations, ensuring exceptional service for international guests.
- Foster strong relationships with the lodge owner and guests, creating a welcoming environment.
- Utilize your knowledge of Kalahari vegetation and wildlife to enhance guest experiences.
- Oversee general maintenance and farm management tasks, including cattle care.
- Must be a Lodge Couple (Husband & Wife) with prior lodge management experience in the Kalahari Desert.
- Must have experience working in the Kalahari Desert, understanding its unique vegetation and challenges.
- A Professional Hunter (PH) qualification is advantageous.
- Experience in farm management (general maintenance, cattle) is a plus.
- Namibian or South African couples preferred, ideally older with previous lodge management experience.
- If you have children, homeschooling arrangements will need to be made.
