If you're ready to lead a dedicated team and create unforgettable guest experiences, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Lead daily morning meetings and communicate effectively with the team.
- Manage HR issues, evaluate guest feedback, and supervise Heads of Department.
- Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting, reporting, and inventory management.
- Be the visible face of the lodge, engaging with guests and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Minimum 6 years of general management experience in a recognized 4-star hotel or lodge.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge along with financial management skills.
- Fluent in English; a second European language is a plus.
- Energetic and hardworking, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
- Monthly Salary
