Kendrick Recruitment is Currently Seeking a Lodge Finance Administrator! Join a prestigious luxury lodge and become a key player in its financial success! We are looking for a dedicated Lodge Finance Administrator to manage financial and administrative tasks in line with high standards of excellence. You will work closely with the Lodge GM and Finance Controller, ensuring smooth financial operations, accurate reporting, and budget management, while also maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Manage month-end processes, budgeting, and expense analysis
Supervise financial reports and address any variances
Coordinate CAPEX and ensure compliance with internal controls
Oversee revenue collection, petty cash, and financial audits
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, agents, and government institutions
Requirements:
Financial or Hospitality Qualification
Solid understanding of accounting principles
High degree of computer literacy (PMS knowledge advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Leadership and people management skills
Knowledge of tax regulations (Corporate income tax, VAT, PAYE)
