Lodge Anchor With Experience
The Lodge Anchor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the lodge, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the integrity of the game reserve environment. This role requires a passionate individual with a strong focus on hospitality, wildlife conservation, and team collaboration.

Guest Experience:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct lodge tours and provide information on lodge facilities and activities.
- Facilitate guest activities, including game drives, guided walks, and special events.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Lodge Operations:
- Coordinate daily lodge operations, ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and stocked.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance staff to uphold high standards of service.
- Assist in managing bookings and reservations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Wildlife Conservation:
- Promote awareness and education regarding local wildlife and conservation efforts.
- Support and participate in conservation initiatives and community outreach programs.
- Monitor and report any wildlife sightings and interactions to relevant staff.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with lodge management and staff to develop and implement programs for guest engagement.
- Train and mentor new staff members, fostering a positive team environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute ideas for improving guest services and lodge operations.

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant hospitality or tourism qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or outdoor adventure settings.

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of wildlife, conservation practices, and local ecosystems.
- Ability to work in a team and independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.

- Passion for wildlife and conservation.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to changing environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and withstand varying weather conditions.
- Physical fitness to engage in activities such as walking tours and game drives.
