Job Description:
Minimum Requirements:
Solid Traceable References:
· min. 3 year diploma
· must have minimum 5 years - 5 star lodge/ hotel experience as butler
Computer Literacy:

• Innkeeper POS
• MS Office, excel

Practical Skills:

• 5 star butler; waitering; barman; front of house experience
• 5 star lodge or hotel

General Skills:
· Strong problem-solving abilities
· Very competent with silver service
· Lead by example
· Team player
· Must be conscientious
· Extremely neat, tidy and organized
· Maintain a professional approach
· Impeccable attention to detail
· Must be able to following instructions
· excellent rapport with guests
Tertiary & Experience:
· Relevant Hospitality Degree or Diploma
· 5 star working experience - min. 5 years
Personal:
· Strong operational and leadership skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Focussed, creative and passionate about the hospitality industry
· An excellent track record with contactable references
· No bad habits e.g. smoking/drinking/other
