Requirements
-
2-4 years’ experience in a similar position at a 5-star bush lodge.
-
Good knowledge of daily lodge operations, front desk, F&B, reservations and housekeeping, with the ability to successfully manage staff and the lodge when the manager is on leave.

A passion for the hospitality industry, with high standards of service and excellent guest hosting skills
-
Good communication, time management and inter-personal skills, a team player who leads by example.

An Organized proactive person who works well under pressure and has good problem-solving skills.

Valid driving license.
-
Stable employment history and contactable references.
