Kendrick Recruitment is currently looking for a Lodge Anchor to join an exclusive 5-star luxury game lodge nestled in the heart of the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve. Key Responsibilities: As the Lodge Anchor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the lodge, supporting and overseeing various departments to ensure seamless service and unforgettable guest experiences. You will liaise with guests, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and assist in driving the lodge’s overall success.

- Prior experience in a 5-star lodge is essential

- Experience working in a remote location
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both staff and high-profile guests
- Leadership abilities, with a hands-on approach to lodge management
- Market-related salary
