Responsibilities:
The Lodge Anchor / FOH should be willing to lend a hand in all departments. Good guest relations skills highly advantageous. You will work closely with all HOD’s to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the lodge's reputation for excellence.

The Lodge Anchor / FOH should be willing to lend a hand in all departments. Good guest relations skills highly advantageous. You will work closely with all HOD’s to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the lodge's reputation for excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout their stay
- Managing guest relations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in all dining venues.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Fill in with various departments when HOD is on leave.
- Ability to work hands on and seamlessly with +- 30 staff
- Flexible and adaptable work ethic
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Sincere passion for carrying exceptional guest experiences
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using property management systems and other relevant software – Preferably Panstrat or similar
- Sound knowledge of stock control, general administration and yearly budget
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Maintain consistent high standards of quality of service
- Charismatic personality – “outside of the box thinkers”
- Neat and presentable
- Min. FGASA Level 1
- Full Trails Guide
- Daily Game drives and Bush walks
- Hosting of guests at meals
- Basic Vehicle maintenance skills
