Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and organised Lodge Anchor to join the team at a luxurious lodge in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve. This role primarily focuses on housekeeping operations, as well as ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional experience in a pristine environment.

- Manage stock control for laundry and housekeeping equipment.
- Conduct linen stock takes and ensure quality control.
- Oversee the cleanliness of storerooms and public areas.
- Perform room maintenance checks and maintain accurate par levels.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource usage.
- Provide training for housekeeping and laundry staff as needed.
- Host guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Conduct daily courtesy calls and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
- Support early departures and late arrivals.
- Manage front office duties, including day sheets, gate access manifests, and guest invoicing.
- Assist with service in various venues as required.
- Salary: DOE
- Uniform provided
- Meals included
- Accommodation with own bathroom
- Provident fund contribution (50%)
- Preference will be given to candidates who can attend a two-day interview at the lodge following a successful online interview.
