Job Description: We are seeking a Lodge Anchor to provide personalized concierge and reception services, ensuring outstanding guest experiences in line with our Standards of Excellence. Reporting to the Lodge Manager and Assistant Lodge Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional guest relations, training staff, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the lodge. Key Responsibilities:
Uphold high standards of housekeeping, maintenance, and gardening.
Manage and train lodge staff to ensure service excellence.
Oversee financial management, including order administration and stock control.
Handle concierge and reception tasks, including maintaining a guest database.
Support conservation initiatives in line with lodge values.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 4 years in the hospitality industry, including 2 years in a trainee or assistant manager role at a five-star hotel or world-class lodge.
Skills:
Strong passion for service excellence.
Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
Financial management experience.
Exceptional English proficiency (both verbal and written).
Strong management and communication abilities.
Basic understanding of labor law and housekeeping procedures.
Other:
Valid driver’s license.
Local nationality or a valid working visa.
