Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Group Technological Strategy

Develop and communicate an innovative IT strategy that aligns with our business goals.
Champion digital transformation initiatives while staying ahead of technology trends.

2. Operational Leadership

Lead, coach, and inspire our technology teams to execute projects effectively.
Manage budgets with financial discipline to support our initiatives.

3. Technical Management

Ensure operational efficiency and alignment of our systems.

4. Systems & IT Operations

Maintain infrastructure functionality and adherence to industry standards.

5. Research & Development

Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies and methodologies.
Stay updated on advancements to enhance our services and processes.

6. Project Management & Communication

Manage tech projects and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders for smooth initiative execution.

Our Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
10-15 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Have a solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, data analysis, and business operations.
