We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Attendant to join our team and be the first point of contact for guests at our 5-star lodge. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, and handling inquiries with a high level of care and efficiency. You will manage guest bookings, answer phone calls, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guests have a seamless and luxurious experience throughout their stay.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for maintaining the front desk area, processing payments, and ensuring that all guest interactions reflect the exceptional standards of our lodge.
