JD Specialized Recruitment are partnering with an upmarket Hotel in Sandton to recruit a highly experienced and dynamic FRONT OFFICE MANAGER to join their Team Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent from a reputable Hotel School would be highly beneficial.
At least 3 years’ experience in a Front Office Manager at a large full-service hotel.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in hotel management software, preferably experienced with Opera & Micros.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
Knowledge of front desk procedures, reservations, and financial transactions
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Customer service-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Dynamic, creative and innovative
Excellent track record with contactable references
