CASE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
The Nurture Health Group requires a Case Management Support who will be based at our Nurture Aurora facility in Gqeberha reporting to the Rehab Centre Manager.
Minimum Salary: R15 000.00 Cost to Company
REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities.
· Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
· Understanding of the distinctions between acute and rehabilitation services, including the ability to communicate these differences to funders.
· Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting discrepancies between documented and system information, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
· High proficiency in English with excellent telephone etiquette.
· Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and address potential challenges

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Case Management Administrative support.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various funders and their requirements.
- Proficiency with computer systems and strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with current coding structures in the South African healthcare environment.
