REHAB CASE MANAGER AT NURTURE ILEMBE- BALLITO, KWAZULU-NATAL

The Nurture Health Group requires a Rehab Case Manager who will be based at our Nurture i Lembe physical rehabilitation facility in Ballito, Kwa Zulu-Natal reporting to the Rehab Centre Manager.

· Excellent in follow up/follow through
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
· Need to understand the difference between acute and rehabilitation
· Attention to detail – must be able to pick up errors in ICD-10 coding/discharge dates
· Strong English language proficiency
· Excellent telephone etiquette
· Forward thinking skills
Candidate Requirements
· 02 – 03 Years previous hospital case management experience.
· Exposure to Physical Rehabilitation Case Management will be advantageous.
· Knowledge and understanding of all South African funders and medical schemes.
· Computer literate with strong administration and organizational skills
· Good knowledge and understanding of clinical coding such as ICD10 coding. Qualification in any coding course will be an advantage.
· Knowledge of therapeutic and special care patient needs environments.
