Requirements:
- NQF Level 5 electrical/mechanical technician or equivalent trade certificate
- 5+ years’ experience in general maintenance or construction management
- 3+ years in a 4/5-star hotel maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of stock management, health and safety, and technical hotel maintenance (aircon, plumbing, electrical)
