My dynamic and rapidly growing adherence company, known for its innovative solutions, is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, Pretoria East.
Role Overview: As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO’s daily operations run seamlessly. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of tasks, from handling administrative duties to facilitating efficient communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, intelligent, and willing to go the extra mile to support the CEO in achieving his goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO’s busy calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare presentations and documents for meetings, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Conduct research and compile information as needed to support the CEO’s decision-making process.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, effectively communicating and relaying information.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Organize and coordinate company events, conferences, and strategic workshops.
Assist in personal tasks and errands for the CEO, optimizing their time and productivity. This includes preparing daytime meals and shopping tasks.
Collaborate with other members of the executive team to ensure alignment and seamless coordination.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or a related field is preferred.
Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
Experience as a Personal Assistant is preferred, but not required.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is key.
High level of discretion and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information.
Resourceful problem solver with a proactive and can-do attitude.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the CEO and company’s success.
