Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Tasked with supervising the accounts receivable staff, resolving late or skipped payments, updating financial records, and collecting the revenue generated. The individual will also oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic goals of the accounts receivable cycle through management, maintenance, implementation, and design of all accounts receivable business procedures and functions for the entire accounts receivable collection process. This position reports directly to the Credit Controller

Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and control reports
- Manage collection activities with past-due accounts, referring account to pre-legal department.
- Communicate and explain work procedures to subordinates
- Update receivables by monitoring and coordinating all processing performed on orders that are delivered daily including transactions such as bank remittances
- Contribute the essential information to adhere to the strategic goals of the company
- Direct and lead the work of others in the department
- Completing adhoc tasks, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislation
- Assisting with credit limit and journal reviews and approvals
- Ensuring that the team achieves and maintains the requisite level of productivity and quality of output
- Conducting one-on-one book reviews with Credit Controllers
- Immediately notifying the direct manager of significant risks
- Ensuring that the legal book is effectively controlled
