Responsibilities

• Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and continuously improve engagement processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder needs are met.

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in stakeholder management or community engagement, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
• Demonstrated ability to foster strong relationships with diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
