H&S Manager
Job title: H&S Manager
Responsibilities:
· Establishing and developing policies and programs for occupational health and safety.
· Guidance and advice on various safety-related topics, for example the use of machinery, noise levels in the place, etc.
· Conduct assessments of all risks to which the workplace may be exposed and apply all preventive measures.
· Review current policies and standards and update them according to the nature and needs of the workplace.
· Organizing training courses for workers and employees to enhance their culture with those standards.
· Periodic inspection of buildings, as well as machines and protective equipment used, and identifying any problems related to them.
· Supervising maintenance, installation, or disposal of hazardous materials, etc.
· Stop and investigate any unsafe operations to identify and address the causes.
· Preparing accident reports and dealing with workers’ special requirements.
· Monitoring the workplace, directing workers during their work, and punishing those who deviate from established standards.
· Holding meetings on an ongoing basis with employees to discuss and exchange best safe practices in the workplace, documenting minutes of meetings and making compiled reports.
· Develop strategies to prevent and control occupational accidents or injuries.

- +12 years’ Experience in similar role.
