· Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
· Oversee import/export logistics, customs clearance, and transportation services.
· Maintain sales quotas by managing a team that will meet or exceed target sales numbers
· Capable of, independently expanding the Air, Ocean & Land freight and make it profitable/increase profitability.
· Sales force, you possess a strong knowledge and network in the region.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and internal policies.
· Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
· Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
· Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Skills, qualifications and requirements
· Strategic Planning & Budgeting Abilities, and organizing a program to achieve New customers leading to new business goals
· Strong Communication Skills.
· Collaboration and Motivation Skills.
· Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
· Set sales targets and achieve them effectively
Qualification
· Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
