We are seeking a skilled Process Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing automation for Agile workflows and relevant processes. This role requires deep knowledge and expertise with Jira and Atlassian tools to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline existing processes.
- Configure and customize Jira and other Atlassian tools to meet project requirements.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze automated processes to ensure performance and reliability.
- Provide training and support to team members on automation best practices and tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in process automation and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Automation Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Agile workflows.
- Deep knowledge and expertise with Jira and Atlassian tools (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
