Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Dev Sec Ops Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving and implementing CI/CD processes as part of our Dev Ops strategy. This role involves setting up new development tools and infrastructure, automating and enhancing development and release processes, and ensuring systems are secure against cybersecurity threats. A deep expertise in installing and configuring Atlassian tools, such as Bitbucket and JIRA, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and improve CI/CD processes to streamline software development and deployment.
- Set up and configure new development tools and infrastructure to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Automate and enhance development and release processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and resolve issues in the CI/CD pipeline.
- Monitor and ensure the security of systems against cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Dev Sec Ops and CI/CD.
- Provide training and support to team members on tools and processes related to Dev Sec Ops.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Dev Sec Ops Engineer or in a similar role.
- Deep expertise in installing and configuring Atlassian tools (e.g., Bitbucket, JIRA).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
