Al Ula Club is looking for an experienced and passionate Organization Development Specialist to join our team. As the Organization Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the growth and development of our organization by implementing effective OD strategies and initiatives. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify organizational needs and develop tailored solutions to enhance employee performance, engagement, and productivity.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including employee satisfaction surveys, focus groups, and performance metrics analysis to identify developmental needs within the organization.
Collaborate with the OD Director to formulate and implement strategic OD initiatives that address identified needs, ensuring alignment with club objectives and values.
Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, leadership capabilities, and organizational knowledge.
Utilize data-driven analysis to identify training gaps and create tailored programs focused on performance improvement, employee development, and succession planning.
Implement a system for continuous training needs assessment, using feedback and performance evaluations to adapt programs dynamically.
Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent, including career development plans, mentorship programs, and competitive onboarding processes.
Monitor and analyze turnover rates and exit interview data to identify trends and propose data-backed solutions to enhance employee retention.
Create data-driven action plans based on survey results to improve employee satisfaction and overall engagement levels.
Develop and implement a robust performance management system that emphasizes goal setting, ongoing feedback, and performance evaluation.
Provide training and resources to managers on effective performance conversations, performance appraisal methodologies, and the importance of constructive feedback.
Facilitate the creation of individual development plans (IDPs) to help employees achieve their personal and professional goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Act as a change agent during organizational transitions, providing support and resources to employees to facilitate smooth adaptation to new processes, structures, or policies.
Gather, analyze, and report on key HR metrics, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Establish performance metrics aligned with strategic goals, including employee engagement scores, training effectiveness ratings, retention and turnover metrics, and diversity inclusion measures.
Regularly review and report on KPI progress, making recommendations for adjustments based on data trends and organizational changes.
Create, review, and update OD-related policies and procedures to adhere to best practices and compliance requirements.
Streamline communication and reporting structures across departments to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance career development planning and create pathways for growth withinthe organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development or related roles.
Certification is strongly preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of organization development theories, models, and best practices.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software/tools.
