The Mozn brand is alive within a plethora of stakeholder touchpoints and therefore the most suitable candidate for the Senior Organization Development Analyst position would be supporting and driving organizational effectiveness and development initiatives within Mozn. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR, and leadership to assess organizational needs, develop strategies, and implement programs that enhance employee experience and overall organizational success.
As Senior Organization Development Analyst, your daily workload might include:
Support design, implement and raise awareness of Organization Development Strategies and Processes including HR tailored frameworks, programs, policies, and strategies.
Provide consultation to management on matters related to people management, organizational structure, workforce plan, and rewards.
Develop and revise job descriptions for all positions within the company, conducting analysis to determine appropriate salary levels based on compensation guidelines.
Assist in launching the annual compensation assessment and merit award process.
Maintain company structures, procedures, processes, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the team members to develop and review workforce plans
Assist in designing, implementing, and reviewing commission schemes.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations by establishing effective plans to address employee matters.
Produce HR reports on a weekly basis using advanced analytical tools (xls, tableau…)
Requirements Our target profile is candidates with...
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 Years experience in Organizational Development or Rewards.
Strong knowledge of Organizational Development or Rewards current trends, theories, practices, and methodologies.
Familiarity with performance management systems and rewards programs.
Intermediate analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively across teams.
Outstanding multitasking abilities.
