Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand Golf Saudi’s market share.
Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic alliances, aligned with Golf Saudi’s strategic goals.
Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including golf course developers, investors, government agencies, and industry associations.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to develop innovative solutions and proposals that meet client needs and drive business growth.
Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to prospective clients and partners.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and contract execution.
Monitor and track business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to achieve financial objectives and KPIs.
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the business development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Represent Golf Saudi at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and promote business development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical business practices in all business development activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
14+ years of experience in business development, sales management, or corporate strategy, preferably within the sports, leisure, or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Strategic thinker with analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in project management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
