In this role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance the club's brand image, promote its offerings, and drive community engagement. Lead the creation of engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
Manage the production of promotional materials, including videos, brochures, and press releases.
Develop and implement fan engagement strategies to increase fan loyalty and participation.
Analyze fan behavior data to inform marketing initiatives and enhance the fan experience.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure coverage of the club’s activities, events, and achievements.
Serve as the primary spokesperson for the club, handling media inquiries and coordinating press conferences.
Oversee the club’s digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
Coordinate marketing and communication efforts for club events, including matches, fan events, and community activities.
Ensure events are promoted effectively to maximize attendance and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
