Master-Works is looking for a skilled Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Administrator to join our innovative team. As a GCP Admin, you will play a crucial role in the deployment, management, and monitoring of GCP services to ensure that our cloud infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Manage GCP resources, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Big Query, and Cloud Functions
Implement and manage access controls, network configurations, and security protocols in GCP
Monitor and optimize performance of GCP environments, ensuring high availability and reliability
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (Ia C) scripts using tools like Terraform or Deployment Manager
Automate deployment and management processes through CI/CD pipelines
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GCP services and applications
Collaborate with development and operations teams to support cloud-based applications and services
Stay current with GCP updates and new features, recommending improvements and enhancements as needed
Document processes, workflows, and best practices for using GCP effectively

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in managing GCP environments
Strong knowledge of GCP services and architectures, including networking and security
Experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation tasks
Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
GCP certification (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer) is a plus
