Design Manager - Electrical
JASARA PMC is looking for a talented and experienced Design Manager - Electrical to join our dynamic team. As the Design Manager, you will take a leading role in overseeing and coordinating the electrical design aspects of our projects, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to deliver innovative and effective electrical solutions for our infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the electrical design team, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee the development of electrical designs, ensuring that all specifications are met.
- Coordinate design efforts among multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
- Review and approve design drawings, calculations, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments related to electrical design projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, codes, and technologies.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on design progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical design management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
