Manager - Digital Product Design - Riyadh Air

Embedded with our guest-centric Guest Experience department, you will play a crucial role in, managing, developing, implementing and iterating the UX / UI end-to-end guest / staff digital products and experiences to translate the strategic vision into a digital experience.
Here’s your opportunity to craft remarkable experiences that are centered around our Guests’ needs. You will be central to the design and development of user interfaces for web, mobile and conversational applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive.
You will own complex initiatives, produce personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications that show how digital products enhance and fit within the context of an overall experience and user ecosystems.

Degree qualified (Master’s ideally), you must demonstrate a minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-centric ‘agile’ organization. Your experience will also include ideally at least 3 years in a product lead role.
