Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models throughout all project stages
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to ensure a seamless workflow
• Generate reports on BIM coordination and clashes for stakeholders
• Assist in creating and enforcing BIM standards and protocols
• Provide ongoing training and support to project team members on BIM tools
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technological advancements in BIM

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in BIM coordination for construction projects
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Auto CAD
• In-depth understanding of BIM standards and documentation
• Experience with clash detection and resolution practices
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with regional construction regulations and practices is a plus
