BIM Engineer
Join JASARA PMC as a BIM Engineer, where you will be integral to our mission of delivering innovative program management for social infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee the development and coordination of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of technology and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models throughout all project stages
- Conduct clash detection and resolution to ensure a seamless workflow
- Generate reports on BIM coordination and clashes for stakeholders
- Assist in creating and enforcing BIM standards and protocols
- Provide ongoing training and support to project team members on BIM tools
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technological advancements in BIM
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in BIM coordination for construction projects
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Auto CAD
- In-depth understanding of BIM standards and documentation
- Experience with clash detection and resolution practices
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with regional construction regulations and practices is a plus
