Typically requires a Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience and training;
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience, including management;
Ability to read, analyze and interpret the technical journals, financial reports and legal documents;
Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community;
Ability to effectively communicate information to top management and external parties. You will collaborate directly with stakeholders to identify, prioritize and execute Trade Policy;
Have in depth knowledge of import/export laws, regulations, policies and procedures;
Good knowledge of CBAM regulations and e Transport;
Strong experience in managing the Authorized Economic Operator qualification at factory level.;
Support relationships with Government and Trade authorities as needed;
Develop and deploy audit/assessment programs and drives Action Plans to achieve full Compliance to laws and regulations;
Administer strategic and tactical plans and objectives for Trade Compliance;
Develop and deliver training programs;
Drive strategies and initiatives at the site level to deliver Global Trade Cost Savings initiatives;
